Davidson is partnering with a Sydney-based organisation in the education sector to recruit a reliable and customer-focused Call Centre Operator. This is a fully remote role, offering stability, supportive leadership, and the chance to make a meaningful impact for students, parents and educators across Australia.
You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring every caller feels heard. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, patience, and professionalism, along with confidence navigating multiple systems at once.
What you’ll be doing
- Handling inbound calls and responding to email enquiries with clarity and care
- Providing accurate information, troubleshooting basic issues and escalating when required
- Updating records, entering data and maintaining high accuracy across all interactions
- Following processes, meeting service standards and contributing to a positive team culture
What we’re looking for
- Previous customer service or call centre experience
- Strong verbal communication, active listening and a calm approach under pressure
- Tech-savvy, able to pick up new systems quickly
- A reliable home setup including stable internet and a quiet space to work
