Location: Brisbane CBD with hybrid working arrangements
Contract duration: Initial 6-month contract with potential extensions

Our Client: A large government organisation delivering state-wide transport initiatives

The role: You will lead the delivery of a high-profile Passenger Seatbelt Nominations Project within a program delivery environment, driving coordination, governance, and successful outcomes across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project governance, planning, documentation, and delivery aligned to established frameworks
  • Engage and collaborate with project teams and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment
  • Work independently to produce high-quality outputs that meet organisational standards
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, escalating when needed
  • Monitor and report on progress to ensure milestones, scope, quality, and budget are met
  • Support benefits realisation and ensure measurable, aligned project outcomes
  • Demonstrate professionalism, ethical conduct, and commitment to continuous development

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience managing complex projects within structured governance environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities
  • Ability to independently manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Expertise in risk, issue, and benefits management
  • Familiarity with PRINCE2 or similar methodologies
