The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to deliver complex ICT software upgrades and rollouts across a range of enterprise and niche business systems. You’ll play a key role in driving technology-enabled transformation, working within an established governance framework to deliver projects that enhance service delivery and build long-term capability for the organisation and it's customers.
The Role
You’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of ICT projects, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include stakeholder engagement, vendor management, planning, change management, and adherence to Project Management methodologies.
- Lead the delivery of ICT software upgrade and rollout projects
- Manage vendors, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Oversee project governance, financials, scope, and risk management
- Drive business change and adoption through effective organisational change management
- Ensure compliance with established frameworks, methodologies, and technical standards
- Contribute to a collaborative culture of continuous improvement and agile practices
About You
You’re a proactive and adaptable project manager who thrives in dynamic, complex environments. You balance strong stakeholder management with delivery discipline, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Proven track record delivering ICT software or system upgrade projects
- Skilled in vendor and stakeholder engagement across multiple business areas
- Demonstrated experience working alongside PMO
- Strong capability in managing budgets, schedules, risks, and issues
- Understanding of change management principles to support business adoption
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a collaborative mindset
- A solutions-focused approach with the ability to mentor and guide teams
