About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Group FP&A Manager will lead a small team and oversee group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. This is a highly visible role that extends well beyond traditional finance responsibilities.

Success will come from your ability to build strong relationships across the organisation, partnering with operational, commercial, and support teams to provide insights, clarify performance drivers, and help stakeholders make informed decisions.

A key component of the role involves enhancing reporting processes and systems, so a systems-focused mindset will be highly valued.

About You

You’re commercially minded, an effective communicator, and someone who enjoys engaging with people across all areas of a business. You can translate financial information into clear, actionable insights and are comfortable working with stakeholders who aren’t finance specialists.

We’re looking for:

• CPA or CA qualification
• Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience at a group or multi-entity level
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team
• Confidence partnering with non-financial stakeholders
• Exposure to multi-site or operationally complex environments (advantageous)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and reporting tools
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
• A collaborative, relationship-driven approach
