This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering a seamless transition to a future-state operating and technology environment within a complex, highly regulated setting.

About the Role
The Cutover Lead will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing end-to-end cutover activities across a large-scale transformation program. • Developing and maintaining detailed cutover plans, runbooks, readiness checklists and implementation schedules.
  • Coordinating readiness across business, technology, vendor, infrastructure, application, testing, data migration and operational support teams.
  • Facilitating mock cutovers, rehearsals and go-live preparation activities, capturing lessons learned and refining the final cutover approach.
  • Monitoring risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, escalating critical matters and driving mitigation actions.
  • Providing clear cutover governance, status reporting, go/no-go inputs and decision support to senior stakeholders.
  • Overseeing go-live execution, tracking progress in real time, resolving blockers and ensuring activities are completed, validated and signed off.
  • Supporting transition into hypercare, including handover to business and support teams, documentation of outstanding actions and monitoring post go-live issues through to resolution.

About You
You will be an experienced Cutover Lead or delivery professional with a strong background in large-scale technology, transformation, migration or system implementation programs. You will bring excellent planning, coordination and stakeholder management capability, along with the confidence to lead teams through high-pressure delivery phases.
