About the Role
You'll join a friendly, fast-paced team, acting as the first point of contact for customers. Your day-to-day will include:
- Handling inbound enquiries for installations, servicing, and repairs
- Troubleshooting and providing basic fault resolution advice
- Making outbound follow-up and after-sales satisfaction calls
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or add value to the customer experience
This is a great role for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service and soft sales, with no cold calling.
About You
You bring:
- A professional, confident phone manner
- Strong written communication skills
- An instinct for spotting sales opportunities while solving problems
You don’t need to come from a trade background—just bring the energy, empathy, and sharp thinking that customers love.
