About the Roles
In these roles, you’ll work closely with clients to deliver strategic and operational improvements in procurement and supply chain. Whether you’re strengthening your consulting foundation or stepping up to lead engagements, you’ll work alongside a collaborative team that values initiative, insight, and results.
Consultants contribute to hands-on analysis and project execution, while Senior Consultants take on more leadership in project delivery and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to assess and solve procurement and supply chain challenges.
- Conduct data-driven analysis and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Support or lead project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Present clear and compelling recommendations to clients.
- For Senior Consultants: manage small teams, coach junior staff, and drive implementation strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Law, Science, or Commerce.
- MBA (desirable for Senior Consultant level).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally within procurement, supply chain, or operations.
- Demonstrated analytical ability and tech-savvy mindset.
- Familiarity with sourcing, procurement transformation, or supplier relationship management (SRM).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Legal right to work in Australia without sponsorship.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000–$120,000 AUD + superannuation + performance bonus.
