We’re looking for an experienced Collections Officer to assist a busy finance team for a short-term assignment of approximately three to four weeks. This is a great opportunity to step into a friendly, professional office environment and keep things running smoothly during a peak workload period.
About the Role
Based in the Mt Gravatt area, you’ll be working full-time Monday to Friday (38 hours per week), with some flexibility around your start time. You’ll be responsible for managing overdue accounts, following up outstanding payments, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. You’ll also support the finance team with reconciliations and general accounts tasks as required.
What’s on Offer
- Short-term contract, 3–4 weeks
- $40 to $45 per hour plus super
- Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week

You’re confident in managing collections in a professional manner and know how to balance persistence with customer service. You’re organised, accurate, and comfortable hitting the ground running in a busy finance setting.
