Steven Paola has worked for 20 years in the HR profession across private, public, Australian and Global organisations. He has held a variety of roles including HR Business Partner, Consultant, Sector Leader, Senior Client Partner running an Australian wide consulting business.
He has a range of experience across diverse HR topics including; reward, leadership, assessment, employee engagement and change management.
This experience coupled with business acumen allows him to be a strategic partner to clients, to drive business outcomes and how to get the most out of people in order to do this. He has worked with a range of clients across Australia, Asia, America and Europe within the Resources, Retail & Consumer, Government, Financial Services and Industrial sectors.
Prior to joining Davidson HR Consulting (DHRC), he worked for Korn Ferry Hay Group, Accenture and The Department of Human Services. He has a Diploma in Human Resource Management and a number of other Business and HR certifications.
Steve’s main passion and role at DHRC is to build the leading consultancy that supports organisations in Australia to enhance their workplace performance.
