As a National Senior Psychologist within the Davidson HR Consulting division, Nick’s expertise lie in designing, developing and delivering workplace performance solutions.
Whether it’s developing a graduate recruitment process, a leadership development program or a cultural fit assessment, Nick accurately assesses the core need of the organisation, develops solutions that fit that need, and provides people analytics data to give evidence of the return-on-investment, such as significant increases on sales capability or exceptional staff performance. His solutions are simple, cost-effective and have great outcomes.
He has worked in leading consulting firms and with a number top-tier organisations to create evidence-based interventions and tools. These interventions and tools are most commonly related to executive wellbeing and coaching, organisational and leadership development, learning and development, assessment and selection, career development and employee engagement.
Nick’s interests include designing workplace performance solutions that best utilise individuals' strengths and abilities, while empowering diverse individuals; as well as acting as coach for young LGBTI professionals.
Nick is currently registered as an Organisational Psychologist with the Australian Health Regulation Agency. Nick is also an Honorary Supervisor at Macquarie University where he trains and coaches the next generation of organisational psychologists. He has contributed to the academic literature, publishing several peer-reviewed journals and abstracts in high-impact journals.
Nick completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master in Organisational Psychology, wherein won the Vice-Chancellor’s Commendation for Academic Excellence. He is accredited in numerous psychometric assessments including MTQ48, MEWS, SHL, Saville, Cubiks, Talegent, TMS, Hogan’s Assessments and Dimensions Personality Assessments with Hay Group.
