As a Principal Consultant within the Technology division of Davidson, Meaghan specialises in recruitment of ICT positions across the Government and University sectors in Brisbane.

She has gained over 7 years' experience in Recruitment and has also worked as a Human Resources Generalist.

She developed her specialisation in Recruitment working for a global IT company in Australia and for top-tier Investment banks in London. Meaghan has also travelled extensively nationally and across Europe and Africa for work and pleasure.

Meaghan is recognised for her swiftness in providing precise recruitment solutions. She prides herself in providing quality, effective solutions to her clients, which are tailored to their specific needs and strives to understand her clients' business, organisational culture and strategic direction, in order to provide effective recruitment solutions.

Meaghan holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in HR and Marketing with Honours and was awarded a high distinction for her Honours thesis.
