Our History

Since Davidson started in 1991, we have always been driven to do things differently. It’s this drive that has seen Davidson recognised by our peers, our clients and candidates as one of Australia’s leading workplace performance companies.

In 1991 we started as an executive search and recruitment company with a highly consultative approach. We grew over the next couple of decades to be acknowledged as a leader in our field.

In 2012/3, we recognised that our clients would face a rapidly changing environment for many decades to come as a result of:

  • Globalisation
  • New ways of working
  • Unprecedented access to data
  • Growth, consolidation and de-mergers.

This changing environment represented a range of challenges and opportunities for our clients and for us. Accordingly, we have invested heavily since then to expand our offering.
