We appreciate being connected with exceptional talent in the market and reward for successful placements of an externally referred candidate – whether placed in a role for one of our clients or in our internal team at Davidson.

We reward the following bonuses for successful placements from referrals.
Referral of a candidate for our clients
For a successful placement of your referred candidate in a role with one of our clients, we award gift vouchers redeemable at Coles/Myer.
- For a permanent placement: $200 gift voucher after the candidate passes the three-month probationary period
- For a temporary or contract placement:

Referral of a recruitment consultant
For a successful placement of your referred candidate as a recruitment consultant in our team, we award a $1,000 Red Balloon gift voucher after the consultant successfully completes the first three months from their start date.
